Well according to my knowledge you should try on the new developed area because there you can get the property in very less price and after that you can give it on rant. When the area comes on the hit list that hosing property have lots of profit then you can sell it. So you can get monthly regular income by that and at the end a huge amount for the house.

Rehabbing property which was under duress? Is that a good idea? Anyway I am sure you will find a few of these in phoenix where I come from. A large number of plots which have been lying around because of the whole economic crisis which has hit us so badly it needs to be looked into. If you can do something for these properties I think it will almost like a service to society. I hope you get the kind of property you are looking at.

Delaware is a nice area for investment The other around it are County, PA Chester, Drexel Hill, Springfield,Newark/Wilmington Area ,Glasgow, New Castle,Marysville ,Columbus, Findlay, Dublin etc.....

That means you are looking for a property to reside in, not just for investment. Of course for residential purposes you have to consider many other factors . I believe Hosanna's advice was only for investment purposes.

Now a days it is really the great chance to investment in property to generate more profit and long term investment. as per my view commercial property investment is the better than residential property. it generate more income.
