It's really good advise.Thanks for this useful tips.A lot of times, small business print advertisements carry logos on top, instead of the headlines.

In your free time or even in you retirement you can do the small business to fullfill your financial needs. You can set up Catering, Child Care, Web desiging even you can search the internet where you can find the many online projects and business to do. Just you have to made some efforts to it.

Take the attitude that education is really employee development. It will help you think more strategically about what your employees need to learn. If you want your business featured in the papers, you have to come up with the angles that make it a story. Capitalize on the event by tying your business' move into increased economic development for the community, or by holding a grand re-opening party for the public, and you've got a story that the newspaper might be interested in - and possible free publicity for your business.

Here I am Shearing some of my tips

- You have a physical business and now want a supporting website that generates targeted local and global traffic.
- You have tried to market your products & services without much success.
- You have great products & services but your overall revenue growth is not where it should be.
- You are a new business and aren't sure how to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- You have a business website but it is not generating much traffic and your conversion rate is poor.

I pose a staff development training. It's your employees need to learn to think strategically about what will help. Recognition of formal education is only part of the image.
