Many property experts believe the UK property market is slowing down. The primary reason has to be the rise of interest rates.

A chief economist at the Halifax has commented that annual house price inflation will slow over the next few months due to the rises in mortgage rates and the persistence of negative real earnings growth.

The property website, Rightmove, said that the stampede to beat the forthcoming Hips deadline attracted some poorly motivated sellers to the market. They are looking for cheap prices as there are a lot of houses up for sale.

Anything just happen but still the housing market will never gone in loss, because the people have need of house and the cycle of the house will never stop in the world so they always need the house and real estate brokers always have good profit by that.

I think UK real estate market will never stop, I it will rise but not decrees, its my think because UK is small country and day by day
UK has to upgrade her visa process so many of the country peoples are want to stable in the UK country because its world best country.

Every has a different opinion, we have to look at the long term not the short term. Why do people have home extension and remodeling and investments in property because this is a necessity that man will have forever.

Yes over the years prices have escalated and people have bought into real estate for which they could not pay so every time an economic tsunami in the world or probably in a region strikes us there will be the kind of mayhem that we have witnessed.

It will take a few years before property markets in the world's leading economies finds investors and buyers who are willing to bet on the long term future.
