Shareholders Win When Employees Are Motivated

I found an article at Forbes (http://www.forbes.com/2009/08/23/employe...urns.html) where they did a study that proved companies with more motivated employees outperform companies with less motivated employees. These stocks average 2% better for every 5 points added to the Employee Motivate Index. Unfortunately they don't talk about specifics of the index. Only that it was created for this study.

The article suggests that looking for "Best Place to Work" lists which various places put out would be a good way to find these kinds of companies. Anyone else have any good ideas how to pick out companies which motivated employees?

According to the study employee motivation cannot be purchased. It has to do with intellectual challenge, pride in developing a sense of mastery and the need to make a contribution to both your job and society.Thanking You.

Nice thread.I just read out your post, thanks for giving details regarding the penny shares.Swing traders are defined primarily by their time frame in the market.They do not follow a buy and hold strategy that looks to long term growth by correcting selecting sectors of the market that are seen to have potential.

This is very easy math. When the employees are motivated, they will work better. If they work better then the company get best profit. And according to the company profit the share holder can get better. So this is really a simple maths.

It is mostly phone and computer work and it seems as though I either find people who aren't very self motivated or that take this as a side job so don't take it that seriously.

it's a one type of universal truth that Shareholders will always win When employees of the respected company are Motivated by different thing. Company try to understand employee and help him to solve out their problems and get them motivated always by different ways because of company's success depends on employee's satisfaction.
